2026 Net Set Go Program

Information about the program

The Net tier of NetSetGO is a play-based movement skills program over 9 weekly sessions that last between 45 – 60 minutes.

The Set tier of NetSetGO builds on the fundamental movement skills in Net and introduces netball skills and basic netball strategy. Set introduces modified matches (rules and equipment) over 8 weeks.

It’s important to note that the program that BNA coaches will be implementing was developed by Netball Queensland. This allows for continuity between associations.

Children join as individuals; hence we do not take friend requests. This encourages children to learn and acquire basic movement skills in a fun environment while making new friends. Please let us know if there are any barriers to your child participating that we can support.

Once your child completes the set tier they will progress into junior competition at a club of their choosing. This is where your child will be equipped with the basic skills to be able to play netball. Children who move to junior netball should also be ready both physically and socially for competition.

Bradbury Park, 470 Rode Road, Chermside. We are next to the Chermside Bowls Club. We have 14 outdoor courts.

Times

NET:   8.00am - 9.00am (players 5 -6 years old)              

SET:    8.00am - 9.00am (players 7-8 year old)

Cost of the program

For the 9-week Netball Queensland developed program it will cost $230 per player.
